Online booking and payments

You can book and pay for training and accommodation online via PayPal using the links below.

The system allows you to book for one person or a group (so long as they are attending for the same number of days) by choosing one of the links.

If the people in your group wish to attend for differing numbers of days, you will need to make a separate booking transaction for each duration, e.g. eight people for five days = one transaction, but six people for five days + two people for three days = two transactions.

Choosing courses Before you book, make a note of the codes and duration of the courses you are choosing. You'll need to make one transaction per duration. The booking system will ask you which course combinations you require, and how many people wish to attend each combination. It will issue a ticket for every person attending. Please personalise each ticket by adding the name of the person attending and mentioning any special disability or dietary needs in the special requirements box.

Booking accommodation Accommodation at Mansfield College is available from Sunday night to Friday night inclusive at a cost of £75 GBP/night/person. For each night's accommodation the booking system will issue a ticket which you should personalise by adding the name of the person attending. Please add the date for each ticket in the special requirements box.

If you need to stay in Oxford for extra nights we can help arrange it. Email us your details and requirements.
