For companies and organisations unable to maintain in-house technical support, information and advice, ReIPAC offers access to a team of experts with up-to-date knowledge on responsible investment and purchasing of wood and other natural resources. For those with their own internal expertise, ReIPAC can offer specialist support and services to complement the skills available in-house.

ReIPAC Support Package

This package includes the following:

A helpline available five days a week to provide advice relating to specific purchasing requirement or specifications. Users have an initial allowance of up to 15 hours helpline time.
Unlimited access to the ReIPAC website providing a range of information on the legality or sustainability of different products and sources, country information and on the various available schemes and initiatives to provide verification.

The packaged fee starts from £2000 for a single user. ReIPAC also offers a multiple user package which allows a company's suppliers direct access to ReIPAC to resolve issues related to supplying the user company. Fees start from £4000.

Annual access for up to 5 individual users: £500/year

SMEs or small-scale organisations
