Booking form

With this booking form you can book your personal training package, book Mansfield College accommodation (if desired), and pay for your training package in full with a PayPal account. You can also pay by credit card, however, for security reasons, you can only pay a maximum of £ 650.00 per credit card transaction. If the total cost of your training package exceeds this amount, you can pay the total costs by making multiple payments. How this works will be explained as you go along.

If you do not want to pay right now but would prefer to pay by cheque, wire transfer or bank transfer, please download the booking form as PDF or MS Word file and send it to us by email, fax or regular mail.

Terms and conditions

Before you fill in this online booking form, please read the booking terms and conditions:

  • Your booking will only be confirmed after full payment is received. Confirmation will be sent to you within 2 working days.
  • All courses are offered subject to sufficient demand. ProForest reserves the right to cancel/reschedule courses. In the unlikely event that we need to do so we will offer an alternative course or a full refund.
  • Your booking can be amended for free within 14 days after the booking is confirmed. However, if you want to cancel you booking there is a cancellation charge. If you cancel within one week after the booking is confirmed, the cancellation charge is 5% of the payed amount (this covers the transfer fees we will have to pay). If you cancel prior to June 13th 2009 the cancellation charge is 10% of the course fee and 40% of the cost of booked accommodation. If you cancel from June 13th 2009 onwards, the cancellation charge is 25% of the course fee and the full cost of booked accommodation.

Mansfield College accommodation

En suite rooms at Mansfield College are available from Sunday night July 12th up to and including Friday night July 17th, for £ 78 per person/per night (including breakfast). Note that:

  • you should check in before midnight since the porter's lodge is closed between 12 midnight and 7 AM.
  • If you arrive before Sunday or stay in Oxford after Friday night, you will have to arrange alternative accommodation for those nights.
  • please note the number of nights you are booking. You will need this on the next page to calculate the total costs of your booking.
