Hadiya Rasyid

Hadi holds a master's degree in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Malaya.

Over the years, Hadi's has worked on projects related to ESG risk, human rights and labour issues, and sustainable finance. His expertise lies in integrating these critical elements into sector-specific practices, showcasing his deep understanding and commitment to sustainability.

Before joining Proforest, he worked for a global palm oil multistakeholder initiative based in Jakarta where he managed and assessed risks pertaining to human rights, social, and environment, and oversaw the handling of potential and actual breaches of the standards, encompassing various allegations of misconduct.

Hadi speaks English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Bahasa Malaysia, and is based in Jakarta.
