Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Gadjah Mada University, with her undergraduate research focusing on carbon stock estimation in peatland forest using remote sensing. She has experience working on carbon stock estimation, GIS, remote sensing analysis, and HCV-HCS assessments.
Prior to joining Proforest, Megan was a consultant who supported landscape initiatives in Sumatera and Kalimantan. She collaborated with local communities to develop forest monitoring frameworks, particularly within the context of landscape conservation. She also assisted on forest estate mapping with the government.
Based in Jakarta, Megan speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
