Headquartered in Japan, Nisshin Oillio is involved in a wide range of activities in the food and non-food sector with interests in edible oils, meals, processed foods, processed oil and fats, fine chemicals, health sciences, and other businesses. Proforest has been supporting Nisshin Oillio since the development of their NDPE policy in 2018 and continues to support them in implementing their responsible sourcing commitments for palm oil as well as in building internal capacity.
