Scaling solutions for decoupling agricultural production from deforestation in Africa

The Africa Sustainable Commodities Initiative (ASCI) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), in collaboration with UN-REDD BiG CHANCE (Building Global Capacity on Halting Deforestation and Conversions from Agricultural Commodities), will host an Africa Regional Exchange focused on scaling solutions to decouple agricultural production from deforestation.

This invite-only exchange will bring together regional and global stakeholders in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to share practical experiences, strengthen collaboration, and explore pathways for advancing sustainable, deforestation-free agricultural production across Africa.
