Kingsley has over ten years of experience providing GIS, environmental and social impact assessment and management plans, certification and auditing as well as capacity building expertise in diverse projects from proposal initiation to successful completion. He has experience in management system audits, which have given him a professional understanding of natural resource policies, certification schemes (like ISO 14001), and frameworks like the IFC Performance Standards and World Bank Sustainability Framework.

He has played a pivotal role in projects such as the Socio-Economic Baseline Assessment for the Asunafo-Asutifi Hotspot Intervention Area (HIA), providing key expert insights into land use and land cover analysis. Kingsley has a proven track record of applying GIS and remote sensing methodologies for ecological mapping, biodiversity conservation, and land use management within the forestry and agricultural sectors. He has actively deployed these tools to inform sustainable plantation management and production systems for various commodities including oil palm, rubber, cassava and Jatropha.

Kingsley holds an MBA and a Diploma in EHS Management, complemented by a BA in Geography and Resource Development with Psychology. His credentials include being an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor and holding several geospatial certificates from ESRI, affirming his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in his field.
