Carina Dale

Prior to joining Proforest, Carina ran Project Operations for an International Development consultancy that worked with Governments and NGOs to enhance public policies - supporting economic growth, reducing poverty, and minimising disadvantage.
One of her proudest achievements is building a community of practice, connecting project delivery teams across 11 international offices, helping them share expertise, ideas, and deliver better outcomes. 
Carina is passionate about helping teams feel empowered, supported, and set up for success.
