The Palm Oil Toolkit

The Palm Oil Toolkit has been designed to lead industry thinking on how to address key environmental and social issues in the palm oil supply chain through various interventions and solutions.

Through our extensive experience especially on the ground, Proforest has developed The Palm Oil Toolkit  with the aim to provide guidance to downstream companies on developing their responsible sourcing, including No Deforestation, Peat and Exploitation (NDPE) commitments and implement them throughout the supply chain. 

As with the Soy Toolkit and the Beef Toolkit, The Palm Oil Toolkit is also structured around the 5-elements of responsible sourcing practices based on the Proforest Agricultural Commodity Responsible Production and Sourcing (ACRES) Approach.
