Jonathon Hunt

Jonathon holds a BA in Geography from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University. During this time he conducted research within the Rwandan potato sector to investigate how government policy and agricultural practices could drive positive outcomes for smallholder farmer livelihoods and ensure responsible land management.

Further, Jonathon has professional experience within the sustainability and certification team at a palm oil company and, mostly recently, has supported a living wage initiative among European retailers in the banana sector at IDH. It was here that he saw the potential for dynamic sector collaboration to drive meaningful action in business practice change by engaging multiple actors along the supply chain.
