Stephanie Rew

Steph leads the PFEUR HR team, promoting our HR management agenda, and ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of our people development initiatives, processes and practices. She also plays a critical role in co-ordinating the Global HR working group to ensure the consistency of HR policies across regions and collaborate on global initiatives.

Steph has over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in guiding HR business strategy, organisational growth and change management across a diverse range of markets including the environmental consultancy sector.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD), Steph’s experience as a strategic HR Business Partner and Executive Coach, affects change through mentoring and collaboration while delivering operational excellence through a hands-on approach. Steph has particular expertise in commercial acumen, business understanding and a strong ability to develop and implement people strategy as part of the wider business agenda, enabling growth, effectiveness and engagement.
