Tatum Hodgkinson
Senior Project Manager
Tatum is an agrifood and human rights specialist with over 7 years of international experience and a particular focus on food system change, human rights due diligence, and high-risk commodities. Throughout her career she has worked with a diversity of clients (in both the private and public sector) in Europe, the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region and the Americas - providing key insights to her teams on specific ESG expectations and challenges organisations encounter across their value chains. Tatum speaks English, French and Spanish and has a MA distinction in International Business, Sustainable Development and Social Entrepreneurship.
In recent years, Tatum has project managed one of UK's largest retailer's global ESG supplier engagement programme and global Human Rights Due Diligence blueprint development and roll-out and lead on commodity/HR risk assessments (researching, creating methodologies and analysing social and environmental risks). She also pm’d and brought her agrifood technical expertise to global companies’ materiality assessments and impact reports and wrote global reports for international and non-governmental entities such as the IOM.
Tatum has lived and worked in multiple countries such as France, FWI, Costa Rica, W.Canada, Malta and Tunisia, gaining professional experience across global food value chains - from smallholder agroecological farms and responsible sourcing in tropical regions to food accessibility in large cities.
Tatum uses her international expertise in every project she undertakes and aims to subtly bridge the gap between environmental and social issues, giving her clients the opportunity to go beyond more traditionally siloed sustainability objectives.
