Aleksandra Krysik

Aleksandra is a University of Aberdeen graduate in MA Economics & Geography and MSc Environmental Partnership Management.
Prior to joining Proforest in 2022, Alex worked as environmental advisor to a sustainability-focused offshore survey company where she developed and managed a GHG emission accounting system, led on sustainability reporting and engagement, and contributed to audits as a certified ISO14001 internal auditor.
At Proforest, Alex has led our latest standards benchmarking work on forestry, soy, and palm oil standards, with a particular focus on deforestation and ecosystem conversion and relevant regulatory frameworks. Alex is further involved in Proforest’s climate work, especially as it relates to Voluntary Sustainability Standards.
