Tea and palm in East Africa: ensuring responsible production

The assessments took place within the beautiful landscapes of Buvuma Islands, in the northern regions of Lake Victoria in Uganda; and in Nyaruguru - a rural mountainous district in Southern Province of Rwanda. The work was contracted by Oil Palm Buvuma Limited (OPBL), and Unilever Tea Rwanda Limited (UTRL) respectively.
