Mikaela King-Stevens
Principal Project Manager
Mikaela has a background working within Responsible Sourcing across a number of industries including apparel, jewellery and the toy industry with experience in Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence, including legal compliance and external reporting.
After studying Fashion at University, Mikaela started her experience in Ethical Trade working for fast-fashion brands with projects in multiple regions including Turkey, India, China and Eastern Europe. This has included working with multi-stakeholder initiatives to support improved management systems in factories and increase supply chain traceability. Mikaela's work has also had a focus on internal and external stakeholder engagement including establishing internal training and communication programmes and reporting on Modern Slavery Statement.
At Proforest she works in our Responsible Sourcing team with a focus on Human Rights.
