Emmanuel has over a decade experience in managing and applying geospatial data for international development. Prior to joining Proforest, he worked for USAID as a Geospatial Data Scientist where he supported 21 coverage countries (in West and part of Central Africa) and other U.S. Embassies across the Sahel to integrate data and spatial analytics to empower decision. He also served as the Data Steward and the Digital Development Advisor for the US Global Development Lab. Emmanuel has worked with NGOs, government agencies and the private sector in various technical capacities as a GIS Analyst, Database Consultant and Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist.


He holds a bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Ghana, MSc. Health Informatics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana and PGDip. in IT Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration. 
He also holds a Certificate in Geo-Information Production & Analysis from the University of Twente, Netherlands and a Certificate in Drone Operator Proficiency & Aerial Data Processing from SKT Aeroshutter, Ghana.
