Responsible sourcing in practice: supplier engagement

Supplier engagement is evolving rapidly as a means of delivering responsible sourcing commitments across a complex supply base. In practical terms, supplier engagement is a set of mechanisms or interventions that are implemented with suppliers to build compliance with a company’s responsible sourcing commitments.
