Viterra (formerly Glencore)

In order to assist Viterra (formerly Glencore Agriculture) in its responsible sourcing of soy strategy and on the delivery of its sustainability goals, Proforest supported the company on the improvement of its management guidelines for its supply chain. This support was comprised of an assessment of the company's policies, analysis of stakeholders' expectations, identification of gaps in the supplier monitoring system, facilitation of the system update process, as well as KPIs development for progress reporting.
