At Proforest we’re passionate about helping people produce and source agricultural and forest commodities responsibly. That’s why we support companies throughout supply chains to have positive social and environmental outcomes in the places where commodities are produced.

Our focus

Our work supports agricultural commodity production and sourcing that can deliver positive social and environmental outcomes. This means working with producers and supply chains to have positive impacts for the people and places where commodities are produced.

Proforest SEA and Daemeter Consulting as CORE have been supporting Neste in various workstreams such as Supplier Engagement, Traceability to Plantation through the implementation of the Risk Calibrated Approach, Siak-Pelalawan Landscape Project as well dashboard development since our collaboration begin. This includes provide strategy advice to for its PFAD sourcing with Neste’s Sustainability and Supply team periodically which lead to engage suppliers actively and able to observe progress of its suppliers for last 3-year of collaboration with the company. A set of KPIs was developed by CORE with Neste to continue monitor the performance of its suppliers in meeting the company’s NDPE and Sustainability commitments
