Daniela Espejo

Daniela has a degree in Agroecology and over seven years of experience in the development of projects related to the sustainable use of natural resources; the agroecological transformation of agricultural production systems; restoration projects; and reforestation in production landscapes using agroforestry and silvopastoral systems. She has implemented international environmental and social sustainability practices and standards in the agricultural sector (Rainforest Alliance Certified, RSPO, BPA) and sustainable rural tourism.

Her experience with multi-stakeholder initiatives (public and private sector, and civil society organisations) has focused on the value chains of palm oil and livestock for beef and dairy. Her expertise in Geographic Information Systems is applied to the projects where she is involved.
