Ana Maria Zorrilla

Ana María is a Psychologist from Universidad de San Buenaventura, holding a master’s degree in human resources management and Talent Management from ENEB. She has more than six years of experience in Human Resources across BPO, food production, education, and metalworking sectors, supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership and team development, and employee wellbeing and experience initiatives.

Through her work within the organisation, she contributes to talent attraction and people management while helping to enhance the employee experience, supporting leaders, teams, and candidates in creating positive working environments, delivering effective recruitment and onboarding processes, and fostering professional growth.
