Daleba R.B. Kpenahi
Senior Project Manager
Kpenahi Daleba R.B. is an agronomist with ten years of experience in sustainable agriculture, agroforestry, and forest landscape management in Côte d’Ivoire. He has contributed to initiatives supporting sustainable commodity supply chains, forest conservation, and the implementation of the REDD+ mechanism, with a focus on strengthening community livelihoods while reducing deforestation.
He has extensive experience facilitating multi-stakeholder platforms involving government agencies, local communities, civil society organisations, and private sector actors to promote participatory forest governance and sustainable land-use planning. He supported the establishment of three dialogue platforms for the management of classified forests in Scio, Séguéla, and Haut Dodo, and contributed to community-based restoration of sacred forests.
His technical expertise includes agroforestry systems development, capacity building for producers and communities, and the promotion of sustainable production practices across key commodities including cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, rice, cashew and sugarcane.
He holds an Agronomist Design Engineer degree in Crop Production from the National Polytechnic Institute Félix Houphouët-Boigny (INPHB), Yamoussoukro.
