Lara Aquino

Lara is an Agronomist, having graduated from the University of Brasília (UnB), and holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture from the Universities of Kassel and Göttingen, Germany. She has experience as a research assistant in organic agriculture and completed an internship with the UNDP, supporting IFAD and WFP projects in Brazil. She also spent two years dedicated to implementing a sustainable development project on a family-owned property.

At Proforest, she works as a Sustainability Analyst, contributing to the Internal Working Group on Regenerative Agriculture and to HRDD workstreams across the soy, palm oil, and sugar supply chains.
