Julián is a sociologist specialized in social intervention, human rights, and international humanitarian law. He has a strong background in planning, managing, designing, formulating, monitoring, and evaluating methodologies and strategies for social processes. He has worked with multiple stakeholders and interdisciplinary groups in the development of public policies, corporate social responsibility programs, and community management initiatives tailored to local contexts and capacities.
His focus is on the defense of human rights and the mitigation of psychosocial and socioeconomic impacts. Additionally, he is an RSPO auditor and has experience in supply chains for various agro-industrial products.
In his free time, he enjoys cycling and hiking outdoors. He is a fan of video games, enjoys cinema, and loves to travel.
