Jéssica Schüler

Jéssica holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, a Master’s degree in Ecology from the University of Brasília where she completed her PhD in the same field. With over a decade of experience in vegetation ecology and environmental/landscape modeling, her work focuses on ecosystems restoration, fire dynamic and climate change. She has participated in projects with leading organizations such as INPE-CPTEC, IPAM, and IBAMA, and has collaborated internationally with the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research in Germany. Jéssica is fluent in Portuguese and English.
