Technical Training Manager (secondment)
Dawn supports the development and delivery of internal and external technical training in Proforest Europe.
Dawn has over 30 years’ experience in sustainable agriculture and forestry: in responsible production, sourcing and collaborative projects. She has led strategy development and operationalisation for respect for human rights, and resilience and sustainable livelihoods of smallholders, workers and local communities. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator who has worked with many multi-stakeholder processes and collaborative initiatives. She has many years of field work experience as a researcher, assessor and project manager, especially in Latin America, where she was based for 10 years.
She has two master’s degrees. She speaks English and Spanish.
