Soft Commodities Forum

Proforest is the part of Consultation Group of the Soft Commodities Forum (SCF), a global platform formed by six major global soy traders, convened by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), to address shared sustainability challenges. SCF started acting by prioritising the advancement of collective action towards deforestation- and conversion-free soy supply chains in the Cerrado, Brazil.

As part of our role, Proforest provides the SCF with critical inputs to support their progress in increasing supply chain transparency, engaging farmers in soy landscapes and strengthening supply chain collaboration.
