What we do

Proforest is a non-profit organisation working with companies, governments, civil society organisations and NGOs to support the responsible production and sourcing of agricultural and forest commodities. We are a world leading mission-driven organisation with a global presence.

Our global team

We have an amazing global team of highly motivated and skilled staff from over 20 countries working out of offices in the Brazil, Colombia, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, The Netherlands, United Kingdom.

We work collaboratively across regions, exchanging knowledge and sharing learning to ensure continuous development, best practice and a strong sense of a belonging to a global team.

We offer comprehensive training, career development and flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle. Some of our training is offered via our e-learning platform Proforest Academy.

Graduate trainee programme

Our graduate trainees are called 'Assistant Project Managers' and they take on substantial responsibilities under the supervision of sector experts in an international setting, enabling them to tackle challenges at a global scale, rapidly build up an international network, and prepare for cooperation with our overseas colleagues, partners and clients.
