Amsterdam Declarations Partnership/ FACT Dialogue meeting
The Amsterdam Declarations Partnership (ADP) is an alliance of eight European countries—Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, and the United Kingdom—working to eliminate deforestation from global agricultural commodity supply chains. The overall ambition is deforestation-free, sustainable commodity production and trade. The Partnership cooperates with farmers, companies across the supply chain, and producer country actors and their initiatives. The ADP country governments join efforts to influence key processes to enhance market uptake of sustainable commodities in our countries complementary to supporting production-side measures in countries of origin.
The Proforest team will be hosting a session under our BRIDGE programme on ‘Collective Action at Landscape Level’ and also speaking about our technical advisory work to the Consumer Goods Forum's Forest Positive Coalition of Action at a session on ‘Downstream Collective Action’.
We will be holding a side event at the FACT Dialogue happening at the same time, with speakers from companies and the Government of Indonesia.
