MY Voice welcomes Mewaholeo Industries

The MY Voice project continues to make inroads in achieving workers’ rights and ethical practices in the palm oil industry by welcoming Mewaholeo Industries Sdn. Bhd as its latest private sector partner (PSP).  

As part of their onboarding to the project, the MY Voice team conducted an Introduction to Social Compliance Systems (SCS) Training for Mewaholeo Industries in their facilities at Pasir Gudang, Johor. The MY Voice SCS is a framework for companies to achieve and maintain decent working conditions through purposeful and systematic business practices and meaningful integration of workers’ voices.  

Through this partnership, MY Voice will help build the capacity of Mewaholeo Industries to implement and strengthen their SCS for better worker inclusion and increased labour performance in their operations and supply chain.
