Adela Pike

Adela heads up our Human Resources function for Europe. Prior to joining Proforest, she worked within HR and recruitment for most of her career, including working in other not-for-profit organisations and holds a Master's in Human Resource Management. Adela comes from an agricultural background, growing up on a farm in rural Devon and also undertook a Biology degree with particular interest areas in environmental science and sustainability.
