Felicia holds an MSc in Conservation Biology from the University of Kent (Chevening Scholar) and a Professional Certificate in Sustainable Environmental Management from UC Berkeley. She has over 15 years of experience across Southeast Asia, delivering sustainability projects at HCV Network and Daemeter Consulting — including multi-stakeholder programmes for clients such as GIZ, WWF, FSC, Tetra Tech, and major palm oil sourcing companies under the Siak Pelalawan Landscape Programme.
Her expertise spans HCV/HCSA assessment, supply chain sustainability, quality assurance, and landscape conservation, with a particular interest in the science-policy interface and responsible production of forest-risk commodities. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
