Juan Carlos Espinosa

Juan Carlos has over 15 years of experience in sustainability of agribusiness and infrastructure developments, policy drafting and analysis, social and environmental standards for agricultural commodities, ecoefficiency, industrial ecology and life cycle analysis. Before joining Proforest, Juan Carlos worked for Fedepalma, WWF-Colombia and the National Planning Department of Colombia. He holds a Master's of Environmental Management from Yale University and a BA in industrial engineering from Los Andes University in Bogotá. Juan Carlos is a nature lover who enjoys photography, hiking, and travelling the World. He speaks English and Spanish.
