Lisa Duran

Lisa is a social worker specialising in the development of social and sustainability projects. She has more than 10 years of experience in the oil palm sector, leading the management of social aspects through the design and implementation of projects and programmes, with a focus on occupational health and safety, gender, human rights, and community engagement across the supply chain. She has also worked with other commodities such as sugarcane and cocoa in Central and South America and has collaborated with organisations on issues related to land rights.

In her role as Project Manager for Responsible Production and Sourcing DH&MV, she contributes to the implementation of good practices among clients, aimed at supporting the fulfilment of business and human rights strategies. Her work supports workers, communities and other key stakeholders in improving their livelihoods and strengthening sustainable relationships within territories.
