Lívia Caroline César Dias is a Data Specialist at Proforest, where she works on the development of analytical solutions for sustainability, integrating geospatial data, environmental intelligence and data governance to support strategic decision-making and strengthen supply chain initiatives. Since joining the organisation, she has worked with geospatial analyses, MRV systems, Python automation, spatial modelling and dashboard development, contributing to deforestation risk assessments, the structuring of monitoring and reporting (MRV) systems in landscape initiatives, and to Artificial Intelligence initiatives, strengthening data governance and internal analytical processes. Her work integrates technical knowledge and practical solutions, connecting advanced analyses, multi-stakeholder collaboration and a mission-oriented approach that aligns with Proforest’s commitment to generating positive impacts through data-driven approaches.
Before joining Proforest, she built solid experience as a Geospatial Data Analyst at INPE, GIZ and Embrapa, working on complex environmental analyses, predictive modelling, landscape metrics, secondary vegetation monitoring, carbon studies and integrated assessments for conservation and territorial planning.
