Philip is a development practitioner with over 15 years of experience in rural agricultural systems, climate change adaptation, and smallholder farmer engagement. He brings cross-cutting expertise in climate-smart agriculture, food security and sustainable land-use governance, with direct experience shaping district-level policy and driving stakeholder engagement.

He holds PhD. in Environmental Studies and Master of Environmental Sciences from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, and BSc. in Agricultural Technology from the University for Development Studies, Ghana. His work lies at the intersection of applied agricultural systems, climate resilience, and natural resource governance _ bridging field-level implementation with landscape approaches to drive responsible production and sourcing outcomes.
