Sebastián Urrutia

Sebastian is an Industrial Engineer graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, with a background in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and a technical qualification in commercial and financial operations accounting. He has 5 years of experience in productive process evaluation, continuous improvement, cost control, and operations management, with work across the manufacturing, logistics, and services sectors.

Within the organisation, he leads the documentation, structuring, and cross-cutting standardisation of processes and procedures across the regional office, as well as the analysis of operational and financial information to develop and monitor compliance and efficiency indicators, supporting internal teams in strengthening organisational management and achieving project objectives.
