Emilio Mondragón Medina
Emilio is an Agroindustrial Engineer with 10 years of experience in food safety and sustainability. During his professional career, he has collaborated with different actors in the food industry from the private sector to government agencies.
He has extensive experience in the implementation of audits, sustainability and food safety standards. In recent years he has worked with different agricultural sustainability standards such as BONSUCRO, FSA, RTRS, SAC UNILEVER, among others; as well as the development of Taylor Made standards and programs, in order to support more companies to join the sustainable sourcing. He has also worked hand in hand with small sugar cane, soybean, barley and corn producers in technical assistance, training and follow-up.
Emilio is passionate about sports, enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying nature and with his work, contribute with a grain of sand in the care of the planet.
