Adella has over 13 years project management experience with multi-donor funds managed by international non-governmental organisations as well as by independent not-for-profit contractors in the development sector across Indonesia since 2006.
Adella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Kingston University, Southwest London, UK and is based in Proforest’s Southeast Asia office in Kuala Lumpur.
She speaks fluent English, Bahasa Indonesia and conversational Bahasa Melayu. Her passion is in anthropology, sociology and photography.
